Bed was a little soft

On the way to Perigord we needed a stopover. We found Laguiole and this Best Western just right. Tip: In Laguiole, be sure to eat "Aligot".

Room was a bit small. Will choose a category higher next time.

Convenient location in the village center. Clean and well-maintained hotel facilities. Hospitable staff. Self-service breakfast was appetizing.

The room and bathroom/shower well excellent and spacious with nice views from the window Just a short 50 metres to local shops.Reception were helpful when I needed to find some scissors

Returned at 11,30pm to find the front entry closed and no code given at reception for entry.They had a telephone number to call for that but what would have happened if I was not carrying my mobile phone to make the call.....

The staff were very pleasant and the pool is good. The breakfast was quite good for the money

The decor is old fashioned in the rooms and not very cosy. We thought about upgrading but the 'better' rooms are not really that much better! Same decor just a bit more space. The location in a shopping mall is not clear from the website nor the information from Booked.net. The rooms was clean but our room smelt a bit of smoke.

The hotel is situated in the heart of a lovely village, close to restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu is self-service and varied. The room has a lovely view of the surroundings, and the bathroom is clean and functional.

The hotel needs updating, and the overall value for money is poor. The room is small, and the view from the window is not perfect.

Quiet hotel, quiet region

Old fashioned. Breakfast coffee from de automatic coffeemachine disgusting. Throw that machine away. After asking, we got a cappucino and an espresso from the restaurant espressomachine. But the breakfast machine is a shame for this hotel. Get rid of it, please!

We had a great time during our city trip! The staff were amazing and provided us with exceptional service throughout our stay. The location was perfect and centrally located near popular attractions. We also loved the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

The room lacked air conditioning, which made sleeping at night quite uncomfortable due to the hot and humid weather. the overall value for money was not great, as the room was quite small and basic, and the price was a bit expensive.

Our romantic escape was amazing at this hotel. We loved the warm and helpful staff who made our stay comfortable. The meals were delicious, and we appreciated the vegetarian options. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the town and take long walks in the countryside. , the spa treatments were rejuvenating and included in our package.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it difficult to sleep during one hot night. , the noise from the construction work across the street was quite disturbing during the day.
